In today's world, it is young people who feel best how to speak to their generation. They understand the language of social networks, visual content, and digital formats in which people spend most of their time today. It was from this awareness that the youth media competition "Your Project — Your Mission" was born in December 2025, initiated by the Nadiya Media Group.
The project was created as a space of opportunities for young people who have ideas, visions, and a desire to serve God through modern media. Its main goal is to identify potential talents, support young authors, and give them a chance to realize their ideas in the field of media ministry, where people's views and values are formed today.
Contestants shared their own ideas and concepts for media projects: from video formats and social initiatives to creative online solutions aimed at spreading the Gospel. Each contestant received a bonus as a sign of support and gratitude for their willingness to invest their efforts, time, and God-given talents in ministry.
The winner of the competition, Yaroslav Kashchuk, held a special place in the history of the project. He was invited to Kyiv, where the team of the Media Group "Nadiyya" personally presented him with the award and organized for him a rich and meaningful program to get acquainted with the work of the media ministry from the inside.
During the visit, Yaroslav visited a Kyiv studio, where he saw with his own eyes how television programs are born. He was present at the start of the broadcast of the program "Morning of Hope", observed the work of the presenters, cameramen and technical team, learned about the timings, the distribution of roles, the work of the cameras and the backstage "kitchen" of filming. Separately, he visited the hardware and recording studio, where he had the opportunity to ask questions to specialists and receive professional advice.
There was also a tour of the central office, familiarization with the broadcast and engineering equipment, and later - personal communication with the management and production team. During the meetings, its content was analyzed, technical and creative aspects of development were discussed, as well as possible formats of cooperation in the future.
The culmination was a solemn award ceremony: Yaroslav received the main cash prize, a memorable gift, and words of support and inspiration. The team prayed together, emphasizing that behind all projects, ideas, and technologies lies the main goal - serving people and glorifying God.
The competition "Your Project - Your Mission" showed that young people are ready to take responsibility, think deeply and act boldly when they are trusted and given space to grow. The team of Media Group "Nadiya" hopes for the further development of this initiative and believes that such projects will continue to help discover new talents in the media space and bear fruit for the Kingdom of God.
